– 12 ounces (about 340 grams) cheese cubes

– 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard

– ¼ cup (60 ml) milk

– Lean ground beef for main protein that adds savory depth

– Cheese cubes that create the gooey, melted center

– Mustard and pickles that bring tanginess to balance richness

Instructions

1-Brown the 2 pounds of lean ground beef in a skillet with ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.

2-Cook the diced medium onion until it turns translucent, then drain the excess grease.

3-Transfer the beef and onion mixture to your crockpot and mix in the 12 diced bread and butter pickle chips, 12 ounces of cheese cubes, 2 tablespoons of prepared yellow mustard, and ¼ cup of milk.

4-Set the crockpot to low heat and cook for around 2 hours until the cheese melts completely.
