Ingredients
– 2 lbs seedless red grapes, washed and dried well
– 1 lb seedless green grapes, washed and dried well
– 6 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
– 2/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla
– 1 to 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
– 3/4 cup pecans
Instructions
1-In a medium mixing bowl, whip the reduced-fat cream cheese with an electric hand mixer until smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed.
2-Add the reduced-fat sour cream, honey, granulated sugar, and vanilla to the cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
3-Place the red and green grapes in a salad bowl. Pour in the cream cheese mixture and about three quarters of the pecans, then toss to coat evenly.
4-Sprinkle the top of the salad with the light brown sugar and the remaining pecans.
5-Keep chilled and serve within a couple of hours.
