Instructions
1-Wash and dry broccoli thoroughly, cutting florets and stems into bite-sized pieces. This can be done up to 4 days in advance.
2-Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
3-Combine the broccoli, diced red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits in a large bowl.
4-Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
5-Refrigerate the salad for at least one hour or up to 24 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
