🍞 Crack Sticks Recipe delivers crispy, sweet, and creamy snacks that are simple to make and delightfully addictive.
✨ Perfect for quick treats or party snacks, these flavorful sticks combine cinnamon sugar and creamy cheese in every bite.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 16 sticks

Ingredients

– 16 slices white bread with the crusts removed

– 8 ounces softened cream cheese

– 3/4 cup powdered sugar

– 1 cup sugar

– 2 teaspoons cinnamon

– 3/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

1-First, beat the 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 3/4 cup powdered sugar together in one bowl until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

2-In another bowl, mix 1 cup sugar with 2 teaspoons cinnamon to create a flavorful coating for the rolls.

3-Flatten each of the 16 slices of white bread (with crusts removed) using a rolling pin to make them easy to roll without breaking.

4-Spread about a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each flattened slice of bread, then roll them up tightly to hold the filling inside.

5-Dip each rolled stick into the 3/4 cup of melted butter, making sure they’re fully coated, and then roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture for that extra crunch.

6-Place the rolls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet to keep them from unraveling during baking.

7-Finally, bake for 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Let them cool a bit, and they’re ready to serve hot or cold for any occasion.

Notes

🍓 Add fresh fruits, berries, or chocolate chips inside rolls for variation.
🧂 Make savory versions using cheese and herbs instead of sweet filling.
💧 For a lighter option, spray oil instead of dipping in melted butter.
