Ingredients
– 12 oz cream cheese softened at room temperature
– ¼ cup mayonnaise
– ½ cup sour cream
– 3 cloves garlic finely minced
– 4 green onions finely diced (keep the white parts separate from the green tops)
– 8 oz crab meat rinsed and well-drained (real or imitation)
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divide ¾ cup for the dip and ¼ cup for topping)
– 2 tsp soy sauce
– 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
– ½ cup Thai sweet-chili sauce (red-pepper jelly can be used as a substitute)
– 1 tsp Sriracha optional for extra heat
– 50 pieces wonton wrappers cut diagonally into triangles for the chips
Instructions
1-Prepare the chips: Prepare the chips by heating oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Fry the wonton triangles in small batches for 15-20 seconds until lightly golden, then drain on paper towels. Or, for a lighter option, spray the triangles with oil and air-fry at 350°F for 5-6 minutes, or bake on a sheet at 350°F for about 8 minutes until crisp.
2-Make the dip: Make the dip by combining the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in the white parts of the green onions, half of the green tops, minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, crab meat, and optional Sriracha.
3-Fold in cheese and spread: Fold in ¾ cup shredded mozzarella, then spread the mixture evenly in a 1-quart baking dish and sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup mozzarella on top.
4-Bake: Bake for 25-28 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
5-Finish and serve: Finish by drizzling the sweet-chili sauce over the hot dip and garnishing with the remaining green-onion tops. Serve immediately with the warm wonton chips or tortilla chips if you prefer.

🔥 Keep the oil temperature low and fry wonton chips in small batches to avoid burning.
🥟 For a healthier crunch, air‑fry or bake the wonton pieces instead of deep‑frying.
⏲️ The dip can be mixed ahead and refrigerated for 1‑2 days; add the sweet‑chili drizzle after baking and reheat gently before serving.
