🍗 This Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake is a comforting meal combining tender chicken, savory bacon, and fluffy biscuits for a hearty dish.
🧀 Easy to make with simple ingredients, it delivers rich flavors perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups cooked chopped chicken (canned chicken can be used)

2 cans (approx. 10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 cups sour cream

1 cup grated cheese

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

1/4 cup cooked chopped bacon

1 can (12 oz) refrigerated junior biscuits

1 additional cup grated cheese (for topping)

Instructions

1-Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray and set it aside.

2-Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the 3 cups cooked chopped chicken, 2 cans (approx. 10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 cups sour cream, 1 cup grated cheese, 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix, and 1/4 cup cooked chopped bacon.

3-Prepare biscuits: Cut each biscuit from the 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated junior biscuits into 4 pieces, then gently mix them into the chicken mixture.

4-Pour mixture: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

5-Add cheese: Top with the remaining 1 additional cup of grated cheese.

6-Bake casserole: Bake for 25-35 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the biscuits are golden brown. For crispier biscuits, place the chicken mixture at the bottom, arrange biscuit pieces on top, and add cheese over them before baking.

7-Alternative baking method: If using larger biscuits (approx. 16.3 oz can), bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes and leave out 2-3 biscuits to avoid overflow.
