🥔 Enjoy the comforting blend of creamy garlic, tangy ranch, and melted cheese in this Cheesy Ranch Potatoes recipe.
🧄 Perfect as a side dish or a hearty snack, it’s easy to prepare and full of irresistible flavors and textures.

  • Total Time: 70 minutes
  • Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

– Diced potatoes (peeled or unpeeled; any variety like russet or red)

– Butter, preferably unsalted

– Ranch dressing to taste

– Shredded cheese of choice (such as cheddar, mozzarella, Swiss, Tex-Mex blend, or a combination)

– Salt and pepper or other preferred seasonings (such as taco seasoning or garlic herb)

Instructions

1-First, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). This high heat helps get that perfect bake without drying things out. Then, place the diced potatoes in a baking dish and dot them with pieces of butter for a rich flavor.

2-Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, or your preferred seasoning to add that extra zing. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when you poke them with a fork. Once done, remove the foil and add ranch dressing and shredded cheese to taste over the top.

3-Pop the dish back in the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts and everything is hot. For a crispy topping, broil for up to 60 seconds, but keep an eye on it to avoid burning. Serve right away, maybe with a garnish like chopped green onions or fresh parsley for a nice touch.
