Ingredients
– 2 1/2 lbs chicken legs or wings
– 1 2/3 tablespoons oil
– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1 2/3 tablespoons ketchup
– 3/4 cup honey
– 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1-First: preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and get a 9×13 inch baking dish ready. Place the 2 1/2 lbs of chicken legs or wings in the dish for even cooking. In a bowl, mix together 1 2/3 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 2/3 tablespoons ketchup, 3/4 cup honey, 2 to 3 cloves of minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
2-Pour that yummy mixture over the chicken to coat it well. Bake for about one hour or until the sauce caramelizes into a sticky glaze. For alternatives, you can use wings or even pork ribs if you’re mixing things up. I like to flip the chicken halfway through and baste it every 15-20 minutes for extra flavor it’s a small step that makes a big difference!

🍽 Baste chicken every 15-20 minutes to develop a thick, flavorful glaze.
