🍬 These Caramel Marshmallow Rice Krispie Balls offer a perfect balance of sweet, chewy caramel and crunchy puffed rice for a delightful treat.
🍚 Easy to make and share, they are a great no-bake snack that kids and adults will love alike.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 40-45 balls

Ingredients

– 14 ounces wrapped caramels (about 50 caramels)

– 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

– 2 tablespoons butter

– 12 ounces large marshmallows

– 7 cups puffed rice cereal

Instructions

1- Melt the 14 ounces of wrapped caramels, 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 tablespoons of butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth and combined, which takes about 5 minutes to avoid any burning.

2- Add the 12 ounces of large marshmallows to the warm mixture, stirring gently until they begin to soften but not fully melt, keeping that fluffy texture intact.

3- Mix in the 7 cups of puffed rice cereal carefully, ensuring every piece is coated for that ideal crunch in each ball.

4- Use a spoon to scoop out portions of the mixture, then roll them into balls with your hands grease them lightly to prevent sticking.

5- Place the balls on a lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set firmly.

6- Once set, your Caramel Marshmallow Balls are ready to serve and enjoy!
