– 1/2 cup heavy cream (room temperature)

– 1 cup milk chocolate chips (semi-sweet can be used as a substitute)

– 2 blocks (8 ounces each) cream cheese (room temperature)

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

– 2 large eggs (room temperature)

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

1- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

6- Melt the heavy cream and chocolate chips together in short intervals until smooth.

7- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, cocoa powder, eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

8- Fold in the melted chocolate mixture and stir in vanilla extract.

9- Pour the cheesecake filling over the partially baked brownie crust.

10- Bake for 65 to 70 minutes until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly.

11- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.

12- Serve topped with whipped cream.
