– 85 g dark or milk chocolate chips

Instructions

1-First, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

2-In a large bowl, mix the 95 g plain flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon salt until well combined.

3-Melt the 225 g chopped dark chocolate and 56 g butter together over low heat, stirring gently to avoid burning.

4-In another bowl, beat the 2 room-temperature eggs with 100 g caster sugar, 90 g Demerara sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until the mixture is light and fluffy.

5-Combine the wet and dry mixtures, then fold in the 85 g chocolate chips to create a thick batter.

6-Spread the batter evenly on the prepared tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, watching closely for that perfect golden edge.

7-Let the browkies cool completely on a wire rack before cutting to maintain their structure and achieve the best texture.
