Instructions
1-Slice 3 bananas into quarter-sized pieces to form the base of your bark.
2-Slice 20 dates open to remove the pits, then soften them for easier mixing.
3-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the bananas and dates evenly across it.
4-Spread 1/3 cup peanut butter over the bananas and dates using a spatula for even coverage.
5-Sprinkle 1 cup granola evenly over the peanut butter layer for added crunch.
6-Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips, adding coconut oil if needed, in a microwave-safe bowl with 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
7-Pour the melted chocolate over the layered bark and spread it out.
8-Place the baking sheet in the freezer or fridge to set for 30-60 minutes.
9-Once set, break the bark into pieces and enjoy your creation.
