Ingredients

– 1 can (16.3 oz / approximately 462g) refrigerated biscuits (8-count)

– 1 lb (approximately 454g) thinly sliced deli roast beef

– 2 tablespoons (30ml) creamy horseradish sauce, or to taste

– 8 slices provolone cheese

– 1 packet (1 oz / approximately 28g) Au Jus gravy mix

Instructions

1-Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This quick step gets everything set up for baking success grab your ingredients and let’s go!

2-Separate biscuits: Separate each refrigerated biscuit into two layers; it’s easy and makes the best pockets for fillings.

3-Spread sauce: Spread the creamy horseradish sauce onto each biscuit layer just a couple of tablespoons add that zing I love so much!

4-Add cheese and beef: Place one slice of provolone cheese and a portion of the thinly sliced roast beef onto half of the biscuit layers; layer it up for maximum flavor.

5-Seal biscuits: Top each filled layer with a plain biscuit layer and pinch the edges firmly to seal; this keeps all the goodness inside.

6-Bake biscuits: Put the sealed biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and slide them into the oven.

7-Cook and prepare gravy: Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until they’re golden brown while they bake, prepare the Au Jus gravy using the packet instructions for that perfect dip.
