– 1 12-count package of sweet rolls
– 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
– 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
– 1 1/2 cups plain coleslaw (cabbage and carrots)
– 1/4 cup ranch dressing
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 4 teaspoons ranch dip seasoning
Instructions
1-Slice the 12-count package of sweet rolls horizontally into top and bottom halves, keeping them intact for easy assembly.
2-Mix the 3 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken with 1/3 cup buffalo sauce until it’s evenly coated, then spread it over the bottom half of the rolls.
3-Combine the 1 1/2 cups plain coleslaw with 1/4 cup ranch dressing and layer it on top of the chicken mixture for that crunchy, creamy contrast.
4-Place the top half of the rolls over the coleslaw to complete the sliders.
5-Mix the 1/2 cup melted butter with 4 teaspoons of ranch dip seasoning, then pour it evenly over the top of the rolls.
6-Cover loosely with foil and let the assembled sliders stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
7-Bake covered for about 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until they’re golden and heated through.
