– 2 tablespoons (around 30 grams) butter, softened and cut into small pieces
– Approximately 9 ounces (about 255 grams) sprinkles (such as jimmies or nonpareils) in multiple colors
Instructions
1-Place the chopped chocolate and butter in a bowl.
2-Heat and pour the cream, then stir until smooth.
3-Add the Irish Cream and chill the mixture.
4-Scoop, roll, and coat the truffles.
5-Refrigerate until firm.
