1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning or fresh/dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: Cajun seasoning, squeeze of lemon, chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning (or rosemary), paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated. Optionally, add Cajun seasoning for a spicy kick.
2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil, then place the potatoes inside in a single layer.
3. Set the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking or stirring the basket halfway through for even cooking.
4. Check the doneness with a fork; if needed, continue cooking in 2-minute increments until tender and crispy.
5. Once done, remove from the air fryer and squeeze a lemon wedge over the potatoes if desired. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
