Instructions

1-First: brush both sides of the cod fillets with the 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil and season with the 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1 tablespoon seasoning. Allow the cod to marinate for 5 minutes to absorb the flavors. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and grease the basket with oil or cooking spray.
