Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and warm water or milk.
2. Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
3. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
4. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each one into an 8-inch rope.
5. Tie each rope into a knot and place them on a baking sheet.
6. Let the shaped knots rise for another 10-15 minutes.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
